We also do
Most of our work floats. The same film and crews also seal scaffolds, keep buildings dry while the roof is off, and protect plant and machinery through storage and shutdowns — anywhere in Malta and Gozo.

Scaffold encapsulation is shrink wrap film fitted over the outside of a scaffold, welded into one sealed skin and tensioned to the tubes. It replaces sheeting and netting: it doesn’t flap, it keeps dust and overspray inside, and it keeps rain off the building while work is carried out.
How people find us
Sheeting is tied on in panels and tears at the laps. A welded, tensioned skin has no laps to tear.
A shrink wrap roof over a scaffold frame keeps the building dry for the whole job — and stays on in the wind.
Plant, generators and machinery sealed against salt air and dust, with vents and desiccant where needed.
The process
We look at the scaffold, structure or asset with your contractor and agree the specification.
On scaffolds the wrap is tied into the tubes; on plant, a frame keeps film clear of moving parts.
One sealed skin, shrunk tight, with doors and access panels where they’re needed.
At the end of the job, the film comes off and we take it away.
Options
Restoration, façade and roofing work — dust in, weather out. Fire-retardant film available.
Over open roof works so the building stays dry until the new roof is on.
Machinery, generators and equipment wrapped for storage, shutdowns or site works.
Vehicles, plant and aircraft components wrapped for shipping and storage.
| Compare | Shrink wrap | Sheeting | Debris netting |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dust | Contained | Escapes at laps | Passes straight through |
| Wind | Tensioned, no flapping | Flaps and tears | Lets wind through |
| Rain | Kept off the building | Mostly, until it tears | No |
| Neighbours | Clean, quiet, tidy | Noise from flapping | Dust complaints |
| Light inside | Daylight through white film | Varies | Full daylight |
Before we quote
Off the water we survey with your scaffolder or site manager, on the structure itself. We measure the vessel, work out the frame, the film area, the vents and the doors — and the number you get back is the number you pay. No provisional sums, no “subject to access”.

Illustrative figures for a townhouse façade encapsulation. Your own survey happens on site — or starts from photos, if you’d rather.

Start from your phone
Not every site job needs a visit to get going. Send a couple of photos and tell us what needs covering, the site location and your programme dates, and an installer will tell you what’s involved — including when shrink wrap isn’t the right call.

Finished covers
Tight, smooth, framed clear of what it protects and welded into one skin. This is the standard every cover is fitted to.

Questions
Yes. We encapsulate scaffolds and build temporary roofs across Malta and Gozo, fitting the wrap to the scaffold your scaffolder has erected.
Fire-retardant film is available and is our standard for scaffold encapsulation and containment. We confirm the grade in writing.
No. It is fixed to the scaffold, not the building, so stonework and render aren’t touched.
Yes. Plant and machinery can be sealed against salt air, dust and rain, with vents and desiccant to stop condensation.
Yes — including narrow streets, where we keep deliveries small and work from the scaffold.
Send a photo, the length and where she is. You’ll get a straight answer on the approach, and a fixed price after the survey.
